Where do you go for internet marketing tips?
If you are looking to make money online, then I’m sure you are scouring the internet for tips on how to do just that. After all, they don’t teach it in school so how are ‘ya gonna’ learn?
One thing that I have found to be a good way to pick up tips is to check out some of the IM forums that are on the web. Now there are quite a few of them to choose from and some are better than others but one thing that you should be aware of is that not everything you read online is true.
Actually, there is quite a lot of misinformation out there in the internet marketing forums so you need to process what you read with a keen eye and try things out for yourself before you just take someone’s word for gospel. Sadly, some people will actually post bad information on purpose and a lot of people just parrot what others say so you need to take what you hear with a grain of salt.
When it comes to getting internet marketing tips from forums, you really need to hang around quite a bit and then you can get a feel for who has genuine information and who is just a poser trying to mislead people or just posting because they are trying to sell a product in their signature.
Now having said that, there is a wealth of information and internet marketing strategies to be found in thoe forums – you just have to know how to dig for it. For example, you can learn a ton about affiliate marketing and search engine optimization simply from spending some time reading on forum. A lot of them actually have case studies and step by step plans with the exact steps you need to make money online.

Of course, this can be good and bad because you get all kinds and you really have to weed through a lot of stuff to pick out the real gems.
